This is the first time I've cooked pork pasta and it was unreal. We decided not to make our own pasta and instead used tagliatelle which was a well worthy substitute. We also used slightly less fennel seeds (maybe 75% of the recommended amount) as we felt it was quite a powerful taste but the dish still had a lovely fennel kick to it. It's the perfect dish to make when you want to impress on a budget.
