really good but would absolutely recommend adding more interesting veg than just the sweet potato and aubergine in the recipe x

Really good - I don't usually fuck with sweet tatty in my curry but this may well have changed my mind. Add a bit more chilli if you like it spicy. I used 5 birds eye for 2/3 recipe. Used ginger instead of galangal.
