IF DOING THIS IS WRONG, I DON'T WANNA BE RIGHT. Added a crispy fried egg and used an 'orange and whiskey preserve' instead of apricot jam. Really enjoyable. The article pushes the necessity for white bread, i used seeded bread which didn't take away from my experience.
